Join artist Amayla Graham, co-curator of the exhibition Towards Détournement, for a performance exploring relationships between masculinity, spectacle, and power. During the performance, Graham will isolate signifiers of masculinity and reframe them in an absurd setting to reflect on the bizarre and fantastical nature of gender.
This program is held in conjunction with the exhibition Towards Détournement, on view at the Visual Arts Center through March 14.
