Join us for a virtual artist talk led by Retracing the Rubicon featured artist Helen Jones. Jones will discuss her work To light and then return, a series that explores the grief of losing her mother. Jones will provide insight into developing the series, traveling across the United States with her mother’s ashes in the front seat of her car, and photographing her belongings in different contexts in order to frame her memories of her mother. The talk will be followed by a Q&A session.
